Dedicated AAMFT Approved Supervision of Supervision is available for clinicians pursuing or maintaining Approved Supervisor status.
Clinical Practice Supervision Oversight is offered as a separate service for practice owners and organizations seeking structured consultation on supervision systems, documentation standards, ethical safeguards, and quality assurance processes.

Dr. Domonique Rice, PhD, IMFT-S
Founder & Director, Practice Leadership Institute™
Dr. Domonique Rice is a Certified Forensic Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor licensed in Ohio and Nevada. She serves in national leadership at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and is a member of the AAMFT Board of Directors. Her work spans private practice ownership, nonprofit 501(c)(3) leadership, and multi-level systems consultation across national, state, and local behavioral health infrastructures. Her work integrates clinical systems thinking, regulatory alignment, ethical supervision, and sustainable leadership models for clinicians seeking long-term professional integrity.
